Welcome to Corinya Serviced Apartments Limited, your preferred housing partner. Since its inception in 2004, Corinya Serviced Apartments Limited has become a market leader in the Entebbe real estate business controlling the upper-class housing needs in Entebbe. We currently have 52 units located in various compounds in Bugonga area in Entebbe, our apartments are in close proximity to all business and leisure amenities in Entebbe. We are ten minutes away from the Entebbe International airport. You do not have to worry about missing your flight!


With the challenges of Covid-19 Corinya Serviced Apartments provides you with a safe environment to settle and relax without worrying about sharing kitchens or common rooms with other guests. With Corinya, you get an apartment with a living room, fully fitted kitchen and ensuite bedroom(s). We are the safest alternative to a hotel.

We have apartments with one, two, three and four bed bedrooms. We offer the following packages:

  1. Fully Furnished and serviced Apartments for both short term and long -term occupancy. You can stay with us for one night, one week, one month or several years. Name your period of tenancy and we will tailor it for you.
  2. Fully furnished but not serviced. If you would like to do your housekeeping, work on your own garden, we have apartments that will allow you to take control of all the services or part of the services.
  3. Semi furnished or unfurnished tenancy. We can provide you with an empty apartment for you to bring the furniture of your choice. We can also provide you some furniture for you to mix and match with your own.

Legal And Contracts

When you decide to become our tenant, a rental agreement will form the basis of our relationship. In it, you can expect to find:

  • An agreed tenancy period.
  • Tenant obligations (payment of rent, reporting damage, etc)
  • Landlord obligations (ensuring houses are in good condition, carry out necessary repairs, etc)
  • A schedule of fixtures and fittings in the house.
  • Services subject to service charge.
  • And much more to ensure a structured and clear relationship between us and you, the tenant.
