Hermann Jungmayr - Chairman, Board of Directors
Hermann W J Jungmayr is an Austrian citizen currently a resident of the Great Britain.
He studied Architecture at Sheffield University followed by the Post Graduate Degree of Master of Town Planning from Manchester University.
Hermann is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, he is also a Fellow of the Royal Town Planning Institute and a Fellow of the Royal Society.
Hermann had six years’ experience in Local Government including development, control, local plans, implementation, economic development, estate management, valuation, development and refurbishment projects.
From 1986 until 1991 he was on the Main Board of Peel Holdings Plc and from 1987 until 1991 he was also on the Board of the Manchester Ship Canal Company.
Since January 1991 he has been Chairman of Corinya Holdings, his family owned property Investment Company.
He was Chairman of Rochdale Healthcare NHS Trust for the 3 year term starting in 1998. He is President of the Rochdale Branch of the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
He is a NABC qualified youth leader and has been involved in Orphanage work in Uganda particularly with Suubi Children’s Home which is supported by the UK Charity Number 1108818 Suubi Children’s Homes Uganda.
He is married with 5 children.
He is a member of Rotary Club of Nkumba in Uganda, He is a Benefactor and Major Donor in Rotary and enjoys swimming, diving and reading.
Michael Muriithi- Managing Director
Michael was born in Kenya and has been working and living in Entebbe since 2000.
He gained an Honours degree in Education majoring in Geography and Business Studies from Egerton University, Kenya.
Michael is also an MBA (management) holder from Nkumba University, Uganda.
Michael has gained experience in his various positions as a University Management trainee, project management with Non-Governmental Organizations (at Greenland Children’s home) and now as Managing director and Company Secretary of Corinya Uganda Limited, a position he has held since 2004.
Michael is an active member and Charter president of Rotary Club of Nkumba and is a Benefactor in Rotary. He is married with four children
He enjoys leisurely walks at the beach, reading novels and watching his team, Manchester United, play.
Immaculate Nakato- Estates Manager
Immaculate was born in Uganda and has lived in Entebbe since 1998.
She is a graduate of Business Administration majoring in Finance from Makerere University Business School.
She has been in the real estate business since 2008 when she stared out at Corinya Uganda Limited as a management trainee. Since then, she has risen up to her current position as Estates Manager a position that places her in-charge of our properties in Entebbe. She oversees a workforce of twelve employees engaged in various activities for the betterment of our estates.
She is a member of the Rotary Club of Nkumba.
In her spare time, Immaculate likes to sing, reading novels and watching documentaries.
